5 star job from start to finish! We had 3 companies quote us on a steel roof. Abe was knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. Any questions or concerns were answered promptly. Upgraded from asphalt to metal. Abe was great when it came to selecting a product that worked with our budget and the look we were hoping to achieve. He wasn’t pushy and took his time to explain pros and cons of different products.
As for the install, the roof looks great. The crew showed up when they said they would, and got the job done on time for the agreed upon price. Kept the job site clean and always had their fall arrest gear on.

Start to Finish Installation Process
Here’s what you can expect from the initial consultation to the final inspection.
Step 1
Initial Contact
Our Project Manager will speak with you over the phone to see if a metal roof will work for your building structure. If you are new to metal roofing feel free to ask him general questions at this time. From here, if it looks like a metal roof will meet your needs, the Project Manager will book a time to meet you on site. If it is a new build then you may forward your plans at this time.
Step 2
Needs Assessment
The Project Manager will do a walk around your home or business to look for any damage or special considerations for installation. Measurements will be taken in person to maximize accuracy.

Attic Inspection
The lifespan of your new metal roof is partially dependant on the health of your attic space. Proper and adequate ventilation will be planned so your home will have optimal energy efficiency and structural longevity.
Step 4
Free Consultation
In home or on site consultation. The Project Manager will share all of the findings with you and answer any questions that you may have. Product recommendations and pros and cons will be discussed at this point.

Written Quote
Based on your wants and needs we will provide you with a detailed quote for your new metal roof.
Step 6
Contract Signing
If you like what we’re about and agree to the terms of the quote then it’s time to sign the contract. A initial deposit will be agreed upon so that we may secure your material and put your project on the schedule.

Material Delivery
Close to the agreed time of installation, a material delivery will be made. If you have opted for standing seam we will bring the portable roll former to manufacture your panels on day one of installation.

Installation
You can expect out team to show up for your installation on time and put in a full days work every day that weather permits. Our installers are trained for safety and accuracy first. Keeping the job site tidy and organized is also our priority.

Upon completion our Project Manager will do a walk around the perimeter with you to address any questions or concerns.
